Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within the first 30 days after purchasing. All returns must be unused and in the condition which it was received.

To start a return, please email us at quietlybeautiful@yahoo.com to receive further information to process your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the return address. All items must be placed back securely into original shipping materials.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if anything arrives broken or damaged in any way.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any used or “tested” products.

Exchanges 
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will begin processing your exchange and ship your new item. We will email you when the exchange is fully processed, including a new tracking number. Please allow up to 14 days after your exchange in submitted for processing.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days after your return is submitted for processing.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
